How long does it takes to dispatch the order?

We will usually dispatch your order within 48 hours of it being placed on our website. Orders for “Made to order” or “Stitched” items will be shipped as specified on the relevant product page.

What about orders placed on pre-booking or restock?

Pre-booked orders will usually be shipped on or just before the launch date of the collection. Orders placed during restock will be shipped as per the date mentioned on the product page.

Which courier do you use to ship your orders?

We use TCS as our primary courier to deliver orders within Pakistan and DHL as our primary courier for international orders..

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Once your order is dispatched, it takes 3-5 working days for your order to be delivered anywhere in the world. Delivery times can vary depending on the country and city of the consignee.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes on my order?

We offer delivered duty paid shipping to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and the United Arab Emirates. For all other countries, duties and taxes are applicable at the time of delivery. 

What happens if I am not home and I miss delivery?

The courier will make three attempts to deliver your order and they will also contact you to arrange delivery. After three attempts it will be returned to us.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped you will receive all the tracking information from us by email, which you can use to track your order. You can track your order by logging into your account on the website or by contacting us.
